TANYA VAN HEERDEN

Office Manager

Tanya started with MRM in January 2017 and fills the roles of Office Manager and Executive PA. After matriculating Tanya travelled abroad to the UK, wanting to experience other cultures. On returning to South Africa she completed a Human Resources Diploma at Varsity College while working full time.

Being a people’s person, Tanya became Training Coordinator for her firm’s training division which allowed Tanya to develop her creative, administrative and peoples skills as she was responsible for the organisation and logistics of regional and national training courses, including writing and presenting her own soft skills course, director conferences and national teambuilding. 

Tanya then branched out and was self employed as a Recruiter which honed her skills in business administration, marketing and client relationships. She however missed the interaction that can only be found working as part of a team.

Tanya is a happily married mom of 3, two boys and a girl. She thrives working with people and has found a family away from home working at MRM.
