MRM and its Directors are members of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA) and MRM is also an Accredited Training Center (ATC).

This enables us to employ Trainee Accountants and guide them through their apprenticeship with a view to becoming fully fledged SAIPA members.

We take the responsibility seriously, as it forces us to keep up with the most current of standards and ensures that any of our firm’s staff dealings with your businesses are being strictly monitored, trained and supervised.

Through this specialist division we are able to cater for:

Preparation of Financial Statements for all forms of South African trading entities, all done in accordance with prevailing legislation and presented with the highest level of professionalism.
Compliance work to enable the performance of Independent Reviews, Due Diligence and Business Assessments.
Commercial restructuring performed in tandem with our Taxation department.

These tasks are performed under the purview of the firm’s four Directors, who have combined experience of over 80 years in representing SME business in most trading sectors.
